Jana Svobodová: Our Project Lead
Jana Svobodová leads our projects here at BLOSSOM AVENUE LLC. She's the person who makes sure things actually get done, on time and correctly. Jana doesn't like guessing games or vague plans. She wants clear steps and real results for every client. She's been working in project management for over a decade, mostly with Czech companies dealing with all sorts of daily challenges.
Before joining us, Jana handled big operational changes for a regional manufacturing company near Brno. That's where she learned the importance of clear communication and tight schedules. She saw firsthand what happens when project plans get too complicated or don't fit the real world. Her background taught her to break down big problems into smaller, manageable tasks.
Her main job is to keep projects on track. This means setting up clear goals, managing teams, and making sure everyone knows their part. She's especially good at untangling messy situations and getting different departments to work together. If a project feels stuck, Jana finds the blockage and helps move things forward. She's also very focused on making sure solutions fit the rules here in the Czech Republic, helping businesses avoid future problems.

When she's not keeping projects organized, Jana enjoys quiet weekends outside. She likes taking long walks in the Šumava mountains or exploring historical towns around South Bohemia. She also enjoys cooking traditional Czech dishes for her family, especially "bramboráky" (potato pancakes). She believes good planning makes life easier, both at work and at home.
